Chakra work can be quite healing. If you’re interested in holistic treatment, you’ve definitely heard of chakras and are familiar with chakra healing.

The chakra system originated around four thousand years ago in India. The practice of yoga introduced the western world to chakras. Chakra means “wheel” or “disc” in Sanskrit and refers to the sphere of bioenergetics activity emerging from the nerves branching from the spine.

The wheels, or chakras, are piled up in the column of energy that extends from the base of the spine up to the top of the head.

Minor chakras can also be located in many parts of the body, including the hands and feet, and other parts of the body.

We often imply the seven primary energy centers when we talk about chakras. You can work with different chakras to achieve different results, yet all chakras are interconnected and can affect one another.

The chakras of the lower body might serve as a solid basis for our spiritual growth. Being imaginative and spiritual may come naturally to someone with greater energy flowing through their higher chakras.

While this is wonderful, our chakras can get distorted and out of balance, causing us to struggle. The third eye chakra, for example, can allow us to be observant, but if it gets unbalanced, we can become susceptible to confusion and delusion.

Different traits and imbalances are associated with different chakras. This is why it is critical to pay attention to the lower chakras. These chakras, which deal with emotions, power, and feelings, are an important component of love.

Sacral Chakra

This chakra represents the ‘right to feel.’ You might have an unbalanced sacral chakra if you spent your childhood learning to hide or not express your feelings. Avoiding sensations and emotions can prevent us from receiving critical information. The result can be a sense of numbness and a lack of connection to our true desires.

This can also result in a lot of guilt, sometimes too much guilt. As a result of weak boundaries and fear of change, an imbalance in the sacral chakra can result in emotional intelligence. Physical symptoms include lower back pain and lack of flexibility.

It would be best if you assigned yourself healthful joys to cure the second sacral chakra. It is related to orange, and the essential oils include jasmine and neroli. Engaging with these parts of your life can assist in the healing of second chakra disorders.

The Root Chakra

An out-of-balance root chakra can lead to fear, and this fear may be due to trauma, abuse, or scars associated with survival. There are times when you may not be able to enjoy things because of your worries about your own survival and your “right to have,” which implies that you may not be able to let yourself enjoy the things you desire.

If you’re experiencing problems with your lower body or your teeth and bones because of an imbalance in your root chakra, you’re not alone. You may also experience stomach problems or eating difficulties.

Physical activities that link you to your body, such as yoga, can be used to heal the root chakra. As well as a lot of physical contact. The root chakra is red in color and is related to sandalwood, cinnamon, and sage. As a result, any of these practices, including the practice of drumming, can help you become more rooted and present in your body.

The Chakra of the Solar Plexus

Lastly, the solar plexus Chakra addresses the right to take action, located in the midsection of the body. When we act out of habit or out of fear of punishment, the solar plexus chakra can go out of balance. This chakra can become imbalanced if we don’t have enough room to cultivate our inner authority, resulting in shame.

To discover and define ourselves, we need a healthy solar plexus chakra. The more out of balance we are the easier it is for us to be swayed or dominated. People with a problem in the solar plexus could have chronic fatigue, and stomach and digestive issues.

Healing methods can include exercising and attempting to take a few more risks. The solar plexus is yellow, and the odors include lemon and juniper. Incorporating these things into your life can aid in the healing of the solar plexus chakra.
